Margaret A. O'Reilly, Member


Margaret O’Reilly returned to Northern Virginia in 2003, after over 25 years of legal practice in Boston, Massachusetts. She is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, and president-elect of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She has served as co-chair of the Fairfax Bar Association’s Elder Law Section and frequently speaks to professional, legal and community groups on various topics relating to the practice of elder law. Margaret is active in several nonprofit organizations in her community and has served as public relations chair for the Herndon Rotary Club and as board president of the Choralis Foundation.
 
Margaret received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts in 1975 and her undergraduate degree in psychology from Duke University in 1972. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
